Stefan Dakon (Austrian 1904–1992) was an artist who worked at the arsenal with Josef Lorenzl who later mediated Dakon’s employment in Goldscheider where he was most productive. After WW2 Dakon returned to Austria and his designs were sought after by Keramos, Wiener Kunstkeramik, the German manufacturers Hertwig/Katzhütte and Goebel. Dakon also worked with Adolf Pritschl where they produced among other things, wall masks.
